Aaaah - its so good to be playing again.

The U7's had their first game for three months with a friendly against our near neighbours from Derry Hill. This involved 6 short games and to be fair the lads looked a little ring rusty after the long lay off.

Everyone had 3 games and there were plenty of goals and goalmouth incident to keep the large crowd happy. We welcomed Joe in to the fold and he nonchalantly went on to notch 5 goals. Archie scored 3, Will scored 3, Rory scored a brace as did Jayden, whilst Louie also grabbed himself a score.

Results were good and Derry Hill proved themselves very worthy adversaries in what was for them their first ever game. A great sporting occasion played in what was for once completely reasonable weather.
