The fixture list has been updated to show matches for 26th February and 11th March. We are still awaiting another date for our match at Salisbury as the date given by the Leage clashes with the next Cup match. |

Sarum Youth 8 - CCCFC 1
A tough game for the Colts as, due to injuries and last minute unavailability of players, we had no subs.
Also missing some of our 'regular' defence, the team put up a valiant fight with many good saves from Jack in goal. Kane scored our only goal, ending the first half at 2-1, but with the Colts tiring, Sarum scored a flurry of goals in the second half.

Wiltshire County Cup Round 1 Draw (9th October 2011)
CCCFC U15s have received an automatic bye into round 2 of the County Cup.
Mid Wilts League Cup Preliminary Round (16th October 2011)
CCCFC U15s have also received an automatic bye into the next round of the League Cup (due on 4th December 2011).
I will speak to Steve about arranging some friendly matches for these weekends, so watch this space.

CCCFC 5 - Salisbury Youth 1
An outstanding display from the Colts from start to finish. After a difficult first game the Colts lined up against Salisbury with a great desire to win the first home game. Josh B was outstanding amongst a great team effort in a first half that saw the team take the lead through a lovely finish from Ieuan to complete a flowing move. Despite considerable pressure no further goals came. The second half was a different story, the Colts came out firing with Joe scoring twice and Kane and Nick adding further goals. A great team performance with a solid defence never in trouble, a dominant midfield and a dangerous attack that could have doubled the score as we also hit the bar twice.

Please do not assume that there are no matches on weekends that are currently showing 'free' as we may have cup games or postponed matches on those dates.
League Cup Dates are:
- Prelim - 16/10/11
- Round 1 - 04/12/11
- Round 2 - 26/02/12
- Semi and Final dates to be confirmed.
All matches are on Sundays with a 2pm Kick Off and our home games will be at Castle Combe (SN14 7QE) unless I notify players otherwise.
