Action Packed Title Challenge at Bradford's Victory Fields.....

From the start it was clear that the Colts were going to have to play at their very best to take on Bradford Town. Our defence were under pressure but Alex's skill and speed was keeping the game level until the 5th minute when Bradford put a cracker in the top corner.

Our defense batteled hard with Tom, Adam & Harry stopping countless attacks and Jordan reading the ball brilliantly by coming out to stop long through balls. In the last 5 minutes of the first half it looked like we were breaking down their chances and creating a few of our own with some great runs from Aaron C, Fin, Joseph & Ryan but despite our efforts and Lewis's ability to win every ball in the air Bradford crept a scrappy goal in with a minute to go in the first half.

Once again the Colts came out firing on all cylinders after their half time motivator from Steve & Ian but even with the sure footed skills of George and several attempts from Charlie we were no match for the Bradford defense today, the Bradford team grew stronger from this attack and increased their lead but the Colts battled on and we were finally rewarded from two great goals from Aaron M one from possibly the best through ball ever from Joe after taking on 5 defenders giving Bradford their highest goals against tally to date.

A great return game on our home soil to look forward to.
