First game of 2016 brought a deserved 5-0 victory against our Swindon opponents Robins, a tough physical encounter ensued, the first 20mins were very even, Robins probably shaded it, the game swung our way when Eddie went around the keeper to finish well on 20 mins, he extended our lead right on the stroke of halftime by chipping the on rushing keeper, the ball stopped short of the line but Eddie followed in to smash the ball in before the defender could clear. 2-0 at halftime. It remained like this until the 68th min when Eddie grabbed his hatrick, Matt extended the lead on 71mins with a superbly struck shot from the edge of the box. Luca wrapped the game up on 77 mins with an excellent header. A great result in difficult playing conditions.
