Last game of the regular season - and the lads maintained their recent fine run with fine performances against strong opponents from Melksham

Melksham A v Whites - after a slow start (looked like a few had celebrated the royal wedding well into the wee hours!) the guys took control and got their reward with Archie continuing his personal vendetta against Melksham with a fine lob. Louie, Henry and Josh were forming a fine defensive unit and keeping our hosts at bay. Melksham levelled the score before half time with a bizarre goal which trickled through at least two of our players legs! The match continued to be tight until we scored a goal in the second half which could be attributed to either Josh, an OG or Archie (who swears he got a head on the corner). The Machine rounded things off nicely with a third. Joe P, Joe N, Zac and Toby had excellent games.

Melksham C v Blacks - we didnt score any goals in this one but all the guys (Josh W, Alex, Tom, Jayden, Ollie (faultless in goal), Jude,Ben and on his debut -  Dan N) showed how much they have improved with some really good passing and high workrate in the heat. Josh W is proving a real find, and will be a great player when he has a few more games under his belt.
